I applaud the way you are waging peace. My wife and I have a website that someone put up for us, beans4peas, but it remains unactive, because we haven’t learned how to manage it ourselves. So, I am doubly impressed by what you are doing. Roger Cuthbertson (Garbanzo)
I have read your statement, “War ON Terrorism — War IS Terrorism,” and fully subscribe to its contents. My group, Grandmothers Against the War, firmly believes, also, that war is NOT the answer, that war as a response to 9-11 has generated more and more terrorism and shattered the lives of people around the globe and those here at home.
We invite you to join OUR vigil when you’re in New York City — every Wednesday on the west side of 5th Ave. between 49th and 50th Sts. in front of Rockefeller Plaza from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. We’re always there, weather notwithstanding. We Peaceniks must connect with one another!
Yours, Joan Wile, Founder, Grandmothers Against the War

I attended college in New Haven during the turbulent years between 1969 and 1973. It’s encouraging to see there are still a few people in the Elm City willing to stand up for a worthy cause. Thank you for reminding us of the need to never waver from the course.
